Registered Practical Nurses provide resident care and staff guidance at Extendicare’s Arbour Heights in Kingston, Ontario, with part-time day or night shifts.
This RPN position supports residents in accordance with nursing practice standards. You will develop care plans, supervise personal care staff, and assist with team training. Key Responsibilities: Develop and evaluate resident care plans
Implement resident care plans according to practice standards
Plan and supervise personal care staff work
Evaluate personal care staff performance
Orient and train current team members
Requirements: Current registration with the provincial College of Nurses
Compassionate, professional, and respectful approach
Ability to read English effectively
