Maintain purchase order, requisition, receiving, and inventory records




Prepare lay-ins and requisitions for assigned events
Oversee warehouse returns, storage, sanitation, and maintenance
Coordinate opening or closing manager-on-duty operations
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Two to three years of warehouse or hospitality experience
At least one year supervising staff preferred
Food service certification required
Forklift certification is a plus
