This Patient Access Representative supports Louisburg, Osawatomie, and Paola Medical Pavilion locations. The position completes front office tasks that maintain efficient patient flow and quality customer service. Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying information, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and collecting payments. Previous related experience is required, while healthcare experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Greet patients promptly, courteously, and helpfully
Verify demographics, insurance information,



and required paperwork
Schedule appointments and complete reminder calls
Answer, screen, route, and transfer telephone calls
Collect copays and balance patient payments
Requirements: High school graduation
Previous related experience
Previous healthcare experience preferred
Availability for PRN coverage across three clinics
Ability to perform assigned unit competencies
Bring dependable patient access, appointment scheduling, telephone, and payment collection skills to Miami County Clinics on a PRN basis.
