Supervise turbine, generator, and control-system installations for Voith Hydro Inc. from Brossard, Quebec, supporting safe, efficient project execution.
As Site Supervisor II, you will coordinate installation, assembly, and commissioning activities at assigned project sites. The position oversees contractors and site personnel while monitoring schedules, quality standards, engineering specifications, and contractual requirements. Work is performed under project management direction.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily installation, assembly, and commissioning activities
Guide contractors, trades, and site personnel
Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and tools
Monitor progress against schedules and milestones
Maintain site records, reports, and documentation




Requirements: Mechanical or electrical engineering technology diploma with relevant experience
Or engineering degree with three to five years’ experience
Knowledge of safety requirements, installation practices, and quality standards
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel and work extended site periods
Apply site supervision, commissioning, coordination, and safety expertise to Voith Hydro Inc. turbine and generator projects across assigned locations.
