As a Child and Youth Care Worker, you will provide individualized support for complex behavioural, emotional, and trauma-related needs. You will build trusted relationships, model healthy boundaries, and help youth navigate difficult emotions. The work includes therapeutic engagement, documentation, and collaboration with Program Supervisors on individualized plans.
Key Responsibilities: Build trust through play, mentorship, and consistent presence
Guide youth through crises using intervention strategies
Teach coping skills and model healthy boundaries




Document daily activities and observations carefully
Collaborate on individualized therapeutic plans
Requirements: Passion for complex behavioural and emotional youth needs
Patience, compassion, and calmness during difficult situations
Knowledge or willingness to learn trauma-informed care
Alberta Class 5 Driver's License and reliable four-door vehicle
Required checks, First Aid, CPR, and insurance coverage
Bring empathy, accountability, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed practice to individualized youth care throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas.
