This seasonal Equipment Operator maintains contracted roadways, bridges, and related assets for Webber, a Ferrovial company. The work includes winter snow and ice removal, summer highway maintenance, and emergency response. Candidates need construction, road maintenance, commercial repair, or equipment operating experience.
Key Responsibilities: Remove snow and ice using plowing, sanding, and salting equipment
Maintain highways, signs, guardrails, fences, and lighting
Repair potholes, striping, reflectors, litter, and debris
Set up and remove traffic control devices
Transport crews and equipment to assigned work sites
Requirements: Valid Ontario Class DZ licence and acceptable driving record
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
At least one year of related work experience
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
