Key Responsibilities: Respond to alarms and emergency requests
Use verbal de-escalation to resolve safety incidents
Complete incident and missing patient reports
Patrol the facility and monitor potential conflicts

Requirements: Valid BC Security License
Customer service and robust interpersonal skills

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
