Flexible Schedules: Work when and where you want – with longer visits in the same place
24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions
24/7 assistance related to client care
In home care with private clients
No union dues
Responsibilities And Duties Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping,



and/or provide companionship and personal care
Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
Perform wound care, medication administration, and other tasks within the LPN scope of practice
Requirements 1 year previous nursing experience
Must be able to community verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
Graduate of a recognized nursing program, and current registration with the CLPNA
Current TB Screen, CPR and Criminal Record Check
Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position
Valid driver’s license is required
