As Area Manager, you will lead Team Leads and Field Sales Representatives across Alberta. You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, store coverage, and performance routines. The role supports electricity and natural gas customer acquisition through in-person retail sales.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads and Field Sales Representatives
Plan workforce coverage, scheduling, deployment, and shift support
Conduct field visits, observations, coaching, role-play, and follow-up
Monitor performance and implement recovery plans when needed
Partner with Just Energy, Walmart,



and OSL stakeholders
Requirements: Three or more years of field sales leadership experience
Experience leading multi-unit teams and coaching frontline leaders
Knowledge of performance management, scheduling, and field execution
Ability to travel frequently throughout Alberta for field visits
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle access
Bring hands-on leadership, data-driven performance management, and retail sales expertise to OSL’s Alberta field organization.
