Lead daily cannabis retail operations in Huntsville through team leadership, customer service, compliance, and inventory support. Work alongside the Store Manager.
As Assistant Store Manager, you will supervise store activities and help deliver a distinctive shopping experience. High Tide’s Canna Cabana environment requires solid leadership, retail management, communication, and decision-making skills. You will support procedures, sales performance, audits, reporting, and regulatory compliance while responding to team concerns. The position is full-time and permanent, with availability for nights, holidays, weekends, and different locations.
Key Responsibilities: Motivate team members and provide constructive professional feedback
Supervise opening, closing, stocking, and daily store operations




Track employee and store sales to support performance
Assist inventory, sales, compliance audits, and reconciliations
Maintain reporting, correspondence, workplace organization, and regulatory compliance
Requirements: Four to five or more years of retail management experience
CannSell license from AGCO
Ability to obtain Cannabis Retail Manager License from AGCO
Microsoft Office proficiency and cannabis industry knowledge
Clean criminal background check and extensive background screening
Bring cannabis retail knowledge, leadership, compliance awareness, and operational discipline to High Tide’s Huntsville store.
