What to expect:

Assist with estate transactions from start to finish

Comfortable handling wills

Maintain a BF system

Updating and scanning file materials and other administrative work

Minimum 1 year of experience in Trust and Estate Administration

Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision and take initiative

Assist with drafting various estate planning documents and correspondence as required

Prepare monthly billing statements

Ability to support the completion of additional tasks as needed

Other duties as assigned

Who we are looking for:

A well organized individual with strong attention to detail

Someone who has experience with Trusts and estate administration

A person who has completed their Legal Administrative Certificate/Diploma
