Karis Disability Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to work in people’s homes and communities. You will recognize each person’s right to direct their life while supporting unique gifts, needs, and personal growth. The work includes collaborating with people and their connections.
Key Responsibilities: Assist people with daily life in homes and communities
Support people to live fully in the community
Work with people and their connections
Support skills for individual growth and development
Recognize people’s rights to direct their lives
Requirements: Full G driving license required
Availability for morning and evening shifts
Availability for alternate weekends
Developmental Services Worker education preferred
Related post-secondary education preferred
