This Warehouse Coordinator supports manufacturing, construction, field services, and project operations. You will receive, store, track, and distribute materials while coordinating with Procurement, Logistics, and Project Management. The work combines inventory management, documentation, and practical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution
Maintain accurate WMS inventory records and documentation
Prepare materials for projects and field mobilizations
Investigate discrepancies and monitor inventory levels
Coordinate deliveries,



transfers, pickups, and returns
Requirements: Valid Class 5 driver's licence required
Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook proficiency
Solid organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to safely handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs
Warehouse or inventory experience beneficial, not required
Support accurate inventory, dependable material distribution, and coordinated warehouse operations across MSCP’s Sherwood Park facilities and projects.
