Operate production equipment for Mondelēz International on the continental night shift, applying safety, quality, and food safety standards.
As a Backup Operator, you will maintain assigned processes, equipment, or systems with coaching and independently manage at least one area. You will use Autonomous Maintenance and Progressive Maintenance standards while supporting performance, operational needs, and business targets. Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain assigned production equipment and systems
Execute standard work using Autonomous Maintenance procedures
Identify, report, and address equipment-related losses
Provide relief coverage for other production operators
Maintain clean, organized areas through routine cleaning
Requirements: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program
Experience operating machines with coaching
Knowledge of machine safety and quality standards
Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently onsite
Willingness to work the continental night shift
Apply equipment operation, maintenance, and safety knowledge as a Backup Operator supporting Mondelēz International production.
