Join our valued resource protection team and grow your career in a role you can take pride in. **We are hiring a Protective Services Guard for our location in Duncan, BC.** **You will be responsible for:*** Identifying theft, mischief, and fraud.* Maintaining a protected and secure environment for customers and staff.* Observing, meeting and greeting customers.* Approaching situations with a customer-first mindset.* Maintaining a professional demeanor when dealing with the public, staff, and law enforcement agencies.* Conducting security audits of the building and assets.* Performing arrests, ask to pays, and product recoveries.* Adhering to all company policies and procedures.* Documenting all evidence and typing clear and concise reports as required. **You have:*** A valid BC Security Worker’s Licence with Security Guard endorsement.* Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between various store locations.* Solid decision-making skills with the ability to make quick decisions under difficult circumstances.* Solid communication skills,
