The schedule is Monday to Friday.As Drilling Superintendent, you will oversee safe, productive, cost-effective program execution. You will guide drilling engineers, Wellsite Supervisors, contractors, and service providers through planning, execution, performance optimization, and post-well reviews. Frequent field visits support wellsite operations and safety expectations.Key Responsibilities: Supervise up to three drilling rigs across operating areasSupport drilling engineers with planning, risk reviews, and executionMonitor performance, costs, forecasts, and approved AFE limitsManage contractor performance, invoices, safety, quality,
