Position Summary: The Financial Counselor, Oncology is responsible for maintaining insurance demographics and A/R by use of telephone, internet, worklists, ATBs and appropriate letters to patients. Meet with every patient to discuss his/her financial responsibility based on the treatment plan and insurance perks inclusive of both Silver Cross Hospital and the University of Chicago.
