BrokerLink seeks a Personal Insurance Advisor for its growing team. You will service ongoing client needs, sell new policies, and retain existing business. The work includes quoting, documentation, renewals, and communication with Underwriters and Adjusters. Strong customer focus, organization, and communication are central to this prospect.
Key Responsibilities: Service ongoing client needs and advise on insurance matters
Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Sell new policies and retain existing business




Quote new business through outbound calls and walk-ins
Prepare applications, certificates, changes, and renewal documentation
Requirements: High School or Post-Secondary Education
Minimum one year of Personal Insurance experience preferred
Exposure to Epic is an asset
Strong customer focus and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bring customer service, insurance advice, organizational ability, and communication skills to BrokerLink’s Personal Insurance Advisor team.
