Bayshore HealthCare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for home and community health care. You will tailor nursing care to clients’ unique needs, preferences, comfort, and safety. The work includes building relationships with patients and families while supporting independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate, reliable nursing care in clients’ own settings
Tailor care to patients’ unique needs and preferences
Support patients’ independence, dignity, and emotional well-being
Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families




Document and communicate using company-provided mobile devices
Requirements: Graduate from an accredited or recognized School of Nursing
Current Licensed Practical Nurse registration in good standing
Valid CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Explicit vulnerable sector background check and two supervisory references
