Uline seeks a Bilingual French Collections Analyst for full time, Monday-to-Friday hours from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Manage assigned portfolios, resolve past-due balances, and collaborate with Credit, Customer Service, and Sales. The position supports reduced aging and minimized bad debt through customer-focused payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned customer account portfolios by phone and email
Identify root causes behind past-due balances
Partner with customers on payment solutions
Document collection activity and customer interactions accurately
Collaborate with Credit,



Customer Service, and Sales teams
Requirements: Fluent verbal and written English and French
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
One-plus years’ collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong communication and customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset
