Key Responsibilities: Provide compassionate support within a safe, nurturing environment
Develop and implement engaging activity plans

Resolve conflicts using behavior management strategies
Complete accurate documentation and reports
Requirements: High school diploma
At least one year supporting people with complex challenges
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of behavior management and crisis strategies
Class five novice two or higher driver's license
