Coordinate automotive production shipments with Metaldyne Sintered Forged Products LLC, focusing on packaging, storage, and dock documentation. Support customer expectations through organized materials handling.
The Material Handler works with the Materials Specialist Team Leader to assess customer production shipment requirements. This position coordinates shipment implementation and continuous improvement while managing customer-supplied materials, tooling, dunnage, and packages. The work also covers OK to SHIP products, PPAP products, and related documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate implementation of customer production shipments
Manage receiving, handling, packaging, preservation, and storage activities




Maintain OK to SHIP product documentation
Coordinate dock audits for packaging and barcode labeling
Coordinate products selected for Final Audit
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to assess customer production shipment requirements
Ability to provide needed information and direction
Ability to manage materials handling activities
Support automotive shipment performance through coordinated materials handling, packaging, preservation, storage, and documentation activities.
