Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day technical support for Managed Services clients
Resolve escalated Microsoft 365 and infrastructure issues
Communicate solutions directly with clients
Investigate root causes and deliver long-term solutions
Document technical information and improve client processes
Requirements: Five-plus years of IT support experience
Or two-plus years in a Managed Services Provider environment
Hands-on Microsoft 365 support experience
Networking, server hardware, and virtualization knowledge
Solid troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
