As a securities member and client service agent, you support investment advisors, members, and clients. You contribute to business development and sales activities across discretionary management, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and structured products. Your work helps deliver service tailored to client needs, independence, and preferred automation. You also support current strategies, practices, standards, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Support investment advisors and teams administratively, commercially, and through customer service
Respond to account and product information requests




Research questions and follow up to deliver quality service
Guide members toward suitable tools and service channels
Identify operational risks and improvement opportunities
Requirements: Attestation of Collegial Studies
At least three years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Effective communication and customer focus
Interpersonal savvy and situational adaptability
