As New Home Sales Manager, you will build homebuyer connections and help launch new communities. You will generate sales, prepare contracts, and support successful sales launches. You will also guide the sales team while maintaining welcoming, polished model homes.
Key Responsibilities: Generate sales for current home communities
Prepare contracts for homebuyers and sales activity
Support successful sales launches across new communities
Lead the sales team by example
Maintain welcoming, well-presented model homes
Requirements: Experience as a realtor
Extensive local market relationships and connections
Availability five days weekly, including some weekends and holidays
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Second language is an asset
Use your realtor network, sales leadership, and customer service skills to support Mosaic homebuyers throughout Greater Vancouver.
