Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Financial Advisory Services, the Advisor acts as a financial business partner to managers and leadership teams. The work spans financial planning, results analysis, forecasting, and process improvement. It also supports strategic decisions through rigorous analysis and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: Advise managers and leadership teams within assigned business units
Provide financial and operational analyses for decision-making
Analyze variances across actual results, budgets, and forecasts
Prepare financial reports, presentations,



and management analyses
Improve financial reporting processes and control frameworks
Requirements: CPA designation or active pursuit of CPA certification
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least five years of relevant finance experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI proficiency
French and English fluency, spoken and written
