Lead Norton Lake CED in Brampton with early childhood education expertise and team leadership as Mothercraft opens a new centre.
As Manager, Centre for Early Development, you will oversee daily operations and guide Registered Early Childhood Educators and Early Childhood Assistants. You will create safe, nurturing environments while ensuring programs follow Mothercraft frameworks, How Does Learning Happen, and ELECT. This full-time position reports to the Associate Director.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations at Norton Lake Centre for Early Development
Lead RECEs and ECAs through guidance, feedback, and appraisals
Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care standards
Develop responsive family and child programming collaboratively




Manage revenue and expenditures within the approved budget
Requirements: Early Childhood Education Diploma required
Five years childcare experience and three years management experience
Infant and toddler experience required
College of ECE registration and First Aid certification
Knowledge of Ministry licensing regulations and Child Care legislation
Bring early childhood development knowledge, strategic leadership, and regulatory expertise to Mothercraft’s recent Brampton centre.
