As an Auto Claims Advisor, you will support customers throughout the claims process at TD Insurance, part of TD Bank Group. You will coordinate claims, rentals, repairs, and towing while applying policy knowledge to claim decisions. The work combines communication, investigation, negotiation, documentation, and risk awareness.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver empathetic, customer-first service after accidents
Manage claims, towing, appraisals, repairs, and rentals end-to-end
Review repair estimates and support appropriate settlements
Gather information and assess claims for accurate decisions




Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors
Requirements: Two-plus years of auto claims adjusting experience preferred
Ability to manage high-volume workflows exceeding 100 claims
Solid customer service and communication skills
Ability to analyze, investigate, negotiate, and prioritize
CIP progress or completion is an asset
Bring claims management, investigation, and customer communication skills to support informed outcomes for TD Insurance customers in North York.
