Lead Deli and HMR operations at Real Canadian Superstore while driving merchandising, inventory, and customer service standards daily. This is a temporary four-month contract.
As Department Manager, you will oversee a specific store department and support sales and profitability goals. You will train associates in customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising while coordinating replenishment, expenses, and store-wide communication. The position requires retail management experience and strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily Deli and HMR department operations
Maintain merchandise displays, pricing, and stock levels
Train, coach, and motivate department associates
Coordinate replenishment and communicate with store management




Maintain clean, secure, and inclusive department standards
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
Previous retail management experience
Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
