Lead customer-focused cannabis retail operations at True North Cannabis Co. through staff support, scheduling, inventory, and compliant store standards.
As Store Manager, you will support the General Manager while guiding staff toward quality customer experiences. The work includes financial accounting, labor management, local marketing, social media, and AGCO compliance. You will also develop employees through feedback, training, delegation, and recognition.
Key Responsibilities: Support daily decisions, scheduling, staffing, and store operations
Manage inventory, product quality, cleanliness, and company standards
Coordinate local marketing plans and social media management
Support recruitment, training, coaching, and employee development




Enforce company policies, health, safety, and AGCO regulations
Requirements: Work 40 hours weekly across varying store shifts
Availability Monday through Sunday, 8:00 am to 11:00 pm
Proficiency with computers, internet navigation, and Microsoft Office
Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
Must be of legal age to sell cannabis
