Key Responsibilities: Translate business priorities into people and organizational actions
Own the local People Plan and adapt priorities
Coach leaders on performance, development, and workforce decisions
Lead talent reviews, succession planning,



and retention planning
Guide employee relations matters and workplace concerns
Requirements: Six or more years of progressive human resources experience
Experience in People Business Partnership
Experience with workforce planning and organizational change
Robust analytical and communication skills
Ability to influence leaders and navigate ambiguity
