You will coordinate crews, tools, materials, equipment, and assignments while supporting productivity and workflow. The position requires construction drawing interpretation, hazard assessments, quality documentation, and daily reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Lead crews of approximately six to ten workers
Coordinate tools, materials, equipment, and daily assignments
Conduct tailboard talks and field-level hazard assessments
Verify work against drawings, specifications, and client requirements




Submit daily reports covering hours, materials, equipment, and progress
Requirements: Three to five years underground utility construction experience
Ability to interpret construction drawings and work plans
Basic leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of PPE requirements and safe work practices
Valid driver’s licence and required safety certifications
