This permanent full time Support Worker role offers 36 hours weekly on night shifts. You will work in an exceptional care home supporting residents who benefit from a peaceful setting. The position requires NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, with care-setting experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Promote resident well-being and provide high-quality care
Assist with personal hygiene and daily personal care
Support days out, companionship, routines, and activities
Encourage independence and well-being among vulnerable individuals
Maintain accurate records at all times
