Key Responsibilities: Assess injuries and illness to determine emergency treatment
Administer pre-hospital care and advanced emergency treatments
Provide medications to patients during emergency response
Transport patients to hospitals or medical facilities
Document injuries and treatment provided accurately
Requirements: One- to two-year college or certificate program
Advanced Life Support certificate
Ambulance driver’s licence and valid driver’s licence
Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C licence
Confidential clearance, checks, and medical exam
