Lead manufacturing teams in the Windsor-Essex region through safe, quality-focused production, using operational leadership and continuous improvement expertise. Relocation is required.
This hands-on Production Supervisor reports to the Production Manager within a growing non-automotive manufacturing operation. You will oversee front-line employees, coordinate daily activities, and support operational targets, quality standards, and safety objectives. The position requires manufacturing supervision, lean practices, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities: Lead production team members during assigned shifts
Develop schedules, assignments, rotations, and staffing plans
Coordinate start-ups, changeovers, shutdowns, and daily operations
Monitor quality and implement corrective actions when required




Coach employees and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: Post-secondary education in manufacturing, operations, engineering, business, or related field
Three to five years of manufacturing supervisory experience
Knowledge of health and safety legislation and manufacturing practices
Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
Willingness to work versatile shifts, including shift work
Bring manufacturing leadership, lean improvement, safety knowledge, and employee coaching to production operations in Windsor-Essex.
