Coordinate Salvation Army Christmas Kettle locations across a geographic zone while supervising workers, volunteers, staffing, and secure donations. This temporary role includes local travel and versatile shifts.
The Christmas Kettle Coordinator oversees campaign operations at malls, grocery stores, and retail outlets. You will schedule and support campaign workers, respond to donor questions, maintain site relationships, and report daily issues. The position supports The Salvation Army’s mission while requiring accurate administration, communication, and donation security.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise, support, and assign kettle workers and volunteers
Coordinate staffing schedules and respond to emergency absences
Deliver and retrieve kettles securely from campaign locations




Visit sites during shift changes and intermittently
Submit accurate weekly timesheets and mileage reports
Requirements: One year of related or customer service experience
Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license and personal vehicle
Experience with office administration and general office equipment
Word and Excel skills for campaign administration
Ability to lift 9 to 12 kilograms
Support Christmas Kettle operations through scheduling, supervision, local travel, customer service, and secure donation handling for The Salvation Army.
