This Maintenance Aide role supports the residence, equipment, grounds, and common areas. You will complete maintenance tasks, respond to requests, prepare suites, and keep records current. The work also requires secure equipment use, organized supplies, and communication with staff, residents, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities: Complete regular maintenance tasks and update records
Repair furniture, fixtures, outdoor spaces, and common areas
Respond to maintenance requests and report issues
Prepare suites with minor repairs, carpentry, and painting
Organize supplies and follow safety requirements
Requirements: Secondary school education or equivalent experience
Previous maintenance experience and safe equipment use
