Starting Salary $62,764.

Reporting directly to the Finance Supervisor, the Finance Clerk – Level 2 is responsible for processing payables for Tikinagan, checking and inputting financial data as well as providing other support services. On the job training will be provided.

Qualifications

Knowledge of and experience with the principles and practices of accounting is an asset but training will be provided.

Possess verbal and written communication skills.

Computer skills and experience is essential. A working knowledge of Networking Systems is required.





Valuable working knowledge of and experience with time management and organizational skills.

Must be able to maintain confidentiality.

Be aware of the cultural environment in which Tikinagan Child and Family Services operates.

Appropriate educational qualifications and/or equivalent combination of experience and training to manage the tasks and responsibilities of the position.

Ability to speak an Indigenous People’s language is an asset.

Travel is a requirement.

Valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain one.
