As part of CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking team, you will help clients pursue home ownership through mortgage advice and product solutions. The role combines client engagement, business development, community connections, and relationship building. You will support clients beyond Quebec through fluent French and English communication.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support
Meet clients where and when convenient for them
Create sales plans converting leads into recent CIBC clients




Build relationships with Banking Centre teams and realtors
Generate opportunities through networking and community involvement
Requirements: Banking and mortgage experience
Fluency in French and English
Strong relationship building and networking skills
Client-first, goal-oriented approach to service
Ability to take ownership and deliver results
