This part time Marketing Manager role works in person three days weekly at Qi’s Vancouver clinic. You will manage content, email, search, social media, events, and practitioner marketing. The work connects education with patient action while respecting healthcare advertising standards. You will also coordinate agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and publish weekly content across multiple channels
Produce practitioner interviews, explainers, and clinic videos
Manage newsletters, reactivation campaigns, and event invitations
Maintain websites, listings, landing pages, and SEO
Report leads, sources, costs, and attendance weekly
Requirements: Four or more years in marketing
Two or more years owning channels end to end
Video portfolio produced and edited independently
Email growth experience using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
Healthcare marketing judgment and compliance awareness
Bring sharp writing, video production, channel discipline, and healthcare marketing judgment to Qi Integrated Health’s patient education.
