As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee with TD Canada Trust, you will address customer financial needs and guide them toward appropriate banking solutions. You will build relationships, resolve problems, support branch transactions, and promote effective digital banking use.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
Complete business processes and accurate customer documentation
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Complete Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Use Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet tools
Know banking solutions and processes for customer advice
Demonstrate communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
