Southern Health-Santé Sud seeks an Uncertified Health Care Aide for its Nursing department in Notre Dame de Lourdes. Working under nursing team leaders, you will support residents and patients with Activities of Daily Living. The work follows established practice standards, legislation, and Southern Health-Santé Sud policies. Training and certifications maintain competency.
Key Responsibilities: Support residents and patients with identified daily living activities
Follow established care plans and practice standards
Determine work priorities and methods appropriately




Exercise independent judgment on unusual matters
Participate in education and certification activities
Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent
Current Basic Life Support certification for Acute Care
One to two years healthcare experience preferred
Experience caring for elderly or disabled clients preferred
Ability to organize workload and work collaboratively
Support residents through person-centered care, daily living assistance, communication, and accountable practice at Foyer Notre Dame.
