As a Service Advisor with The Humberview Group, you will guide customers through necessary repairs, routine maintenance, and preventative services. You will assess service needs, document vehicle concerns, coordinate scheduling, and maintain customer relationships. Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred, while CDK experience is an asset. The role suits a skilled communicator who takes initiative, manages time effectively, and resolves conflict professionally.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and conduct detailed vehicle walk-arounds

Requirements: Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
