The Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign is a long-standing community tradition supporting hope and essential services. This temporary casual relief position is primarily based in White Rock, with occasional travel across Tsawwassen, Delta, Ladner, South Surrey, and White Rock. You will answer donor questions, secure donations, and represent the organization professionally.
Key Responsibilities: Remain at the Kettle until relieved during each shift
Collect donations and petty cash securely
Answer questions about Salvation Army ministries and programs




Represent The Salvation Army positively while on duty
Follow policies, procedures, legislation, and safety requirements
Requirements: Completed high school or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and adaptability
Solid customer service skills with diverse people
Reliable transportation to kettle locations
Ability to lift 9 to 12 kilograms
Support Christmas Kettle fundraising through secure donation handling, respectful donor service, and dependable representation across the service area.
