Brandt Tractor Ltd seeks a full-time Parts Person for its Red Deer Agriculture location. You will support customer needs, prepare quotes, process orders, and assist the Service Department with parts pricing and availability. The work also includes inventory and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to internal and external customer needs
Prepare detailed quotes and efficiently process orders
Unload, receive, store, and locate parts and materials
Document shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information
Provide Service Department pricing and availability support
Requirements: Strong customer service skills in person and over phone
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Flexible availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays
Parts or warehousing knowledge and skills
Parts industry experience or Journeyperson Parts Certification considered an asset
Bring customer service, parts knowledge, order processing, and inventory skills to Brandt’s full time Red Deer Agriculture team.
