Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care while maintaining student dignity and independence
Coach life skills and preparation for life after high school
Reinforce assignments through small group and one-on-one activities
Document progress in Inclusion and Intervention Plans
Model positive behaviour and support social interactions
Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent
Interest in Educational Assistant training and specialized certifications
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and student privacy
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
