As Warehouse Lead Hand, you will support receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping operations. You will help meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments through organized product handling. The work includes traceability, inspections, documentation, and coordination with freight companies, delivery partners, and customers.
Key Responsibilities: Load and unload products to meet delivery deadlines
Receive shipments and verify incoming product accuracy
Complete inspections and retrieve MTRS for traceability
Pick, pack, ship orders, and prepare documentation
Maintain inventory, housekeeping, and warehouse safety procedures
Requirements: Previous warehouse experience is required
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Dependable, reliable, and willing to take initiative
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Bring warehouse leadership, inventory accuracy, customer communication, and safe product handling to Wolseley Canada’s Sarnia operations.
