The Accounts Payable Analyst processes supplier, trucking, and subcontractor transactions. The position requires robust Excel skills, analytical problem solving, and customer service. It also supports payments, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end close activities.
Key Responsibilities: Process high-volume accounts payable transactions
Perform three-way purchase order and invoice matching
Reconcile delivery tickets, rates, quantities, and billings
Prepare weekly and monthly EFT, wire, and cheque payments
Generate Excel reports, analyses, and data uploads
Requirements: Minimum five years of Accounts Payable experience
Postsecondary Accounting or Finance education
Strong Excel lookups, pivots, and data management skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and customer-service-oriented approach
Apply analytical Excel expertise, payment processing experience, and careful reconciliation skills as an Accounts Payable Analyst.
