As Facility Operations Custodial Lead, you will guide custodial staff and coordinate daily facility operations. The work includes event setups, basic maintenance, equipment operation, records, and customer service. You will support safe, secure facilities for users and clients.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and support custodial staff
Coordinate custodial work, maintenance, setups, and equipment operation
Prepare secure, clean, secure facilities for public use
Respond to facility users and operational needs
Complete reports and maintain facility records
Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent
One year performing similar work in a like facility
Intermediate First Aid and W.H.M.I.S. completion
Required Alberta driver's license
Availability for weekends and shift work hours
