Support older people at Lunardi Court Care Home in Cupar, Fife, using personal care and communication skills. Day and night shifts are available.
As a Care Assistant, you will help residents feel safe, comfortable and supported every day. You will work within a close-knit team at Alor Healthcare, supporting Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite Care. The work centres on meaningful relationships, personalised support, dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities: Support residents with daily routines and personal care
Assist residents with mobility and nutrition
Support residents’ emotional wellbeing and comfort
Encourage independence wherever possible
Build meaningful, respectful connections with residents
Requirements: Kind, compassionate and respectful approach
Positive communication skills
Ability to work well within a team
Passion for supporting older people
Care experience or NVQ/SVQ Level 2 beneficial, not essential
